By roasting the spicy and exciting Ethiopian Yirgacheffe bean a bit darker, its light floral aromas suddenly reveal themselves in the guise of candied fruit flavors, with only a little imagination you will recognize cherries, figs and dates. At the same time, the darker roast allows the underlying body of this rare and complex coffee to be revealed. Shining with a slight coat of oil, this is an exciting dark, full-flavored brew.
