If I tell you this is the most acidic coffee we sell, virtually nobody will buy this fine clean single note coffee. Acidity is a highly prized attribute of the best coffees. We roast this coffee to keep it clean and bright, but we do tone down the acidity a bit. The best Kenya’s are complex and winey, with interesting spicy and fruity flavors and they should always be bright with pointed acidity, which is a good thing!
