Our Vienna Roast is a simple, clean medium to dark roast. The blend is 80% Costa Rican Tarrazu and 20% Sumatra Mandehling. We have been buying our Tarrazu’s from the Dota Cooperative in Costa Rica for many years. Dota’s are some of the finest coffee grown in the world and we are proud to roast them. This blend is strengthened a bit of our Sumatra which intensifies the depth of “cup”. This is really our House Blend, Euro Roast® but taken a bit darker and a bit longer in the roaster. If you like Northern European espresso, this blend will make a nice espresso but without some of the crema of our Neapolitan Espresso®.
