Sumatra coffee enters the decaf process with a bit of an advantage. The flavor profile of Sumatra is formidable. This is the coffee with the most flavor per pound. A significant amount of the original flavor comes through loud and clear after decaffeinating. We have our hand-selected Sumatra’s decaffeinated, and then roast them to a full, medium-dark chestnut color. The brew is complex, deep and heavy in personality. These are great Sumatra’s, without caffeine.
